• Announcing the auditor for the year 2017-2018 for MGCAANA
• Presentation of the Vidya Scholarship Trust Fund Report
• Presentation of the Graduate/Undergraduate Report
• Presentation of the Nanda Pussegoda Leula Scholarship Memorial Fund Report
• Announcing the Returning Officer to count the online and physical ballot papers to elect the 2017-2018 Board of Directors
• 15 minutes break
• Announcement of the election results by the Returning Officer
• Announcing the Election of members for various committees

Those of you, who do not plan to attend the Annual General Meeting in person, please cast your proxy vote online by May 28th,5:00p.m. Any member of record who is present at the meeting may vote in person instead of by proxy.
